chattels : perhaps most importantly the rhetoric means that maliki has been harnessed and we are close to a political environment of relative stability that will allow for our liquidity event ........................... come rv !

♥ RED LILY ♥: COME RV!!!!!

chattels : remember what kaperoni said today............. "he (Kap) has also stated that while we (Iraq) needs more stability...
we do not need absolute stability...

the next phase of the plan is to BRING stabiity..

and that it was never intended that Iraq be absolutely stable before this phase begins.

♥ RED LILY ♥: AMEN!! We have been preaching "relative stability" for months now.. LET'S SEE IT BABY!!!!

chattels : a substantial increase in the value of the dinar internationally recognized and traded would help stability, just need to keep maliki's hands out of the " till", as BGG has been telling us that najafi is orchestrating with the budget delays ...................... thanks BGG !

*** clearly the politicians are relying upon the clerics to assist with controlling the demonstrators. The politicians need the clerics to sell the limited governmental changes to the masses and bring an end to the demonstrations. Hopefully all of this is coincident / concurrent with the success of the budget vote, barzani's initiative and the completion of the iraqi banking sector reform project ...................... Our rv .................... Come rv ! ***
