*** COMMENT *** it appears that the rhetoric is now describing that " initiative " as a " consultative " meeting - i cannot explain the difference other than to speculate that an " initiative " as described yesterday was a breakthrough and now they are to " consult " - certainly lowers the level of expectation as to results

REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE FROM YESTERDAY THAT I STATED WAS SO INTERESTING : " It is worth mentioning that remarkable breakthrough between Baghdad and Erbil happened in the recent period, especially after the announcement of the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani to hold an extended conference of the heads of political blocs later this month in Arbil to resolve their differences and get out with a new agreement among those blocs. AND THE DAY BEFORE THE MEETING T THE END OF THE MONTH WAS BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS : *** ..... " state law will participate in the meetings to be A POLITICAL ALTERNATIVE ACCEPTABLE TO MEETING NATIONAL ....*** https://www.dinarupdates.com/showthre...-February-2013
