    Zubaidi: Federal Court to reject additional allocations within 2013 budget law

    Baghdad (AIN) –The head of the Citizen bloc, Baqir Jabur al-Zubaidi, confirmed that the Federal Court will reject allocating additional allocations within the Budget law of 2013 away from the constitution.

    He stated to AIN "In case the blocs involved the budget law additional allocations and the parliament approved them, the Federal Court will reject them if they are unconstitutional."

    Concerning the grants to be allocated for the students, he mentioned "The Citizen bloc adopted this law and exerted huge efforts to include within the budget law."

    "The law of the Students' grants was published at the official newspaper on last 2012," he emphasized, noting that "The grants will be distributed in the next period after including their allocations in the budget law."

    Bayati expects reaching agreement among blocs over 2013 Budget law

    Baghdad (AIN) –MP, Abbas al-Bayati, of the State of Law Coalition expected the political blocs to reach agreement over the Federal Budget law of 2013.

    He stated to AIN "The blocs have the rights to involves their demands within the law draft where there are demands to transfer some allocations from one side to another."

    "As Iraqis, we have to reach a mutual understanding and to adopt norms of justice and equality in this law to avoid violating the constitution," he added.

    "The blocs will reach draft that is accepted by some blocs to endorse it in the parliament," he concluded.

    2 IEDs defused in central Mosul

    Baghdad (AIN) –A security force defused two Improvised Explosive Devices in al-Ahrar square of central Mosul.

    A security source stated to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) "A security force seized two IDEs in al-Ahrar square of central Mosul," noting that "The forces from the Explosive Ordinance Disposal managed to dismantle the two IEDs without any causalities."

    Al-Ahrar square is the place where the demonstrations in Mosul take a place.

    IED goes off in Salah-il-Din

    Salah-il-Din (AIN) –An Improvised Explosive Device went off in Salah-il-Din province on Friday.

    Security source stated to AIN "The IED was emplaced inside a police vehicle and exploded while the vehicle was passing through Kanous village," noting that "The explosion that caused material damages did not result in human casualties."

    "The security forces hurried to the explosion place and launched investigations," the source concluded.

    Urgent…Civilians killed, injured in Kadhumiya city of Baghdad

    Baghdad (AIN) –Three civilians were killed and 11 others were injured due to an explosion took place in Kadhumiya city in Baghdad on Friday.

    Security source stated to AIN "The explosion targeted Birds Market in city before few minutes," noting that "The type of the explosion is not identified yet."

    "The ambulances hurried to the explosion vicinity, transferring the injured to the hospital and the dead to the morgue," the source added.

    "The security forces blocked the whole city in anticipation of another explosion," the source concluded.

    30 civilians killed, injured in Babel

    Babel (AIN) -12 civilians were killed and 18 others injured due to the explosion of two car bombs of southern Babel.

    A security source stated to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) "A car bomb exploded near a public market and another car bomb exploded in a garage in al-Shumali district of northern Babel resulted in killing 12 citizens and injuring 18 others."

    "The ambulances hurried to the explosions areas and started to transfer the deaths to the morgue and the injured to the hospitals for treatment," the source added.

    "The security force seized the area anticipating for unexpected attacks," the source concluded.

    Terrorist sides attempt to erupt civil war through Kirkuk

    Baghdad (AIN) –The Turkmen MP, Abbas al-Bayati, stressed that the terrorist sides attempt to erupt the civil war and the internal conflict through Kirkuk.

    He stated to AIN "Repeated attacks targeting Kirkuk means that it a weak point and that its security must be reconsidered because the terrorist sides try to start the civil war through it due to its sensitive value and multiplicity."

    He called "All the communities in Kirkuk to consolidate their unity and not to allow any gap that can be exploited by terrorist groups."

    "We call to distinguish between the political disputes over Kirkuk and the security situation where the citizens of Kirkuk must be protected," he concluded.

    SLC MP calls to grant citizens their legitimate rights

    Baghdad (AIN) –MP, Mansour al-Timimi, of the State of Law Coalition called to grant the citizens their legitimate rights.

    In a press statement received by AIN on Friday, he said "Some of the companies of the general sector are unjust in dealing with their employees by not involving them in the incomes of the companies."

    "This is the situation of South Oil Company that prevented its employees from having some of its incomes for three years," he added.

    "The incomes of the companies are more than 384 IQD Billion where only 42 of them were spent which is against the human rights and the rights of the employees of those companies according to the constitution," he pointed out, noting that "South Oil Company must grant the incomes to all the employees without exception where there is not excuse to not granting them due to their exerted efforts to serve the company and the economy of Iraq."

    He called "Basra Provincial Council to defend the rights of the citizens of Basra either in the companies or not in order to achieve their legitimate rights."

    Baghdad (NINA) – Lawmaker from Iraqiya slate, Ibrahim al-Mutlaq, warned the Iraqis in central and southern Iraq from attempts intend to saw division among citizens of same country. He stressed the importance of national unity.

    In a statement issued on Thursday, Feb. 7, Mutlaq said that things in Iraq requires from all to show more unity to prevent those who want to divide Iraq from seizing the opportunity.

    He added that the visit by tribal chiefs from central and southern Iraq to Anbar province was a evidence that the Iraqis are united and want to remain united.

    Mutlaq pointed out that some in power, bears the responsibilities for the isolation and exclusion; when became isolated some of their supporters urge the government not to give in to protestors and tries to electrify the public toward rejecting a solution that would put an end to the crisis.

    Baghdad (AIN) –Baghdad Mayorship has equipped its municipality directorates with (85,000) trees to be planted in yards, parks and public gardens of Baghdad.

    Baghdad Mayorship reported in statement received by AIN on Thursday ''The parks directorate equipped the municipal directorates of Baghdad Mayorship with (85,122) trees to be planted in Baghdad.''

    ''The cadres responsible for the zoo have cleaned and maintained the cages of animals and provided the health services as well as vaccinating the animals with the antibiotics,'' the statement added.

    Anbar protestors reject military deployment around the cities

    Ramadi (NINA) – Protestors in Anbar rejected military deployment around the cities, towns and villages of Anbar province.

    Falluja's protest organizer, Sheikh Homoud al-Jumaily, told NINA on Thursday, Feb. 7, that tribal chiefs and dignitaries of protestors in Falluja and Ramadi reject military deployment around cities and towns of Anbar province, demanding military forces to withdraw from towns and villages around Falluja.

    He added that protestors in Anbar demand the withdrawal of military forces from the province's cities and keep away from protest areas, as well as not to bother civilians at checkpoints; they call on police force that took over security responsibilities from the army to protect civilians from any criminal plan intends them.

    Jumaily went on saying that, "The protestors' demands are clear and do not need much time to implement them, yet we know that the government is stalling to gain time."

    Wardi doubts numbers of released detainees

    Baghdad (AIN) –MP, Liqa Wardi of the Iraqiya Slate expressed her doubts over the number of the released detainees, confirming the need for documenting these numbers to verify them.

    Speaking to AIN, she mentioned "The announced numbers are huge but there is no side to confirm them."

    "The Ministerial Committee release the detainees without handing them the IS or the sides that organize the demonstrations so no proofs over their numbers," she continued.

    "We need to receive the released detainees to verify their numbers," she remarked.

    "In case there are huge numbers of released detainees, there will be a public and political reaction but such announced numbers are merely media statements away from reality," she concluded.

    A worshiper said to NINA reporter :"The army impede the arrival of the clergy who lead demonstrations in the left coast of the city , from getting Ahrar Square under the pretext of security measures.
    The clerics and demonstrators demanded Nineveh Operations Command forces to prevent the army from harassing legitimate demonstrations.

    The coasts left and right of Mosul, witnessed today a united Fri-prayers dobbed Fri- to recuperate usurped rights/ worshipers then merged at Ahrar Square in central Mosul to join the demonstrators and protestors.
