    Baghdad (AIN) -The legal expert, Tariq Harb suggested postponing the execution of the Federal Court Law as it was ratified according to quotas system.

    Harb mentioned "The Parliament settled the endorsement of the Federal Court law, but it is better to postpone its implementation till the new term of the Parliament because the law was passed on quotas."

    "The quotas is clear in the ratification of the FC law when the Parliament identified the sides that will assume enacting their own laws such as the Human Rights Commission and the Accountability & Justice Bureau where the political blocs controlled the determination of their responsibilities," he added.
