Washington prepares for talks with Baghdad over the long-term defense relationship

Preparing the administration of President Barack Obama to start talks with the Iraqi government on a long-term defense relationship may include training to help a wider range, as revealed significant aide to U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta for policy.
