and I am, by no means some global finance expert. I get clues and hints... best case.

In my personal opinion - they should come out at about a buck - hold for at least a year and stabilize.

the EOM report was written by the IMF staff and delivered to the IMF Executive Board for their meeting around this time - IMHO it looks as if all these "talks" will happen first - THEN the Executive Board will decide and vote on, what to do.
