If I didn’t know any better, if we didn’t have an issue establishing the government and getting the budget out we’d be a whole lot closer to the rate change happening with the Iraqi dinar…What’s going on in Iraq is upsetting. This deadlock with forming a government is stifling the growth and potential of the Iraqi dinar.
