That is the first opportunity for trading after ‘clearing the books’, the first opportunity if the CBI wanted to be vocal – This is all theory. This is all opinion. But they could around the 20th come out with some sort of announcement of a mechanism that could change the world for Iraq…They are clearly working quickly towards the conclusion…it’s getting really clear to me that the future is before us.
