    ♠ It seems the news for this entire week has been hyper-focused on the ration cards.. so if today's news if filled with ration card articles, this will be a very short thread.. I am not going to post every ration card article I find.. how many times can you read about huh?

    I thought I read an article on the CURRENCYNEWSHOUND.COM stating the IMF wanted the ration cards to be stopped. If that's true, I would expect the smart cards (used for oil profit sharing) would replace ration cards. That would require the HCL law to be approved. I have to wonder if this issue is a diversion for what's really happening behind the scenes. If you look at the CBI daily auction sales lately the $250M - $300M has been reduced to $150M to $190M and would indicate to me that de-dollarization in Iraq has begun.
