We are almost there! The 2012 accounts have been closed. The banks are positioning themselves for the new budget. The ratification of the 2013 budget is on its way with the finance ministry. This is great because they will allocate the 2013 budget to the provinces with transparency. The cbi gave orders to the private banking sector to sell hard currency at the current rate for one week even though the 2012 budget has been closed. They needed to still have the auctions because its not a good idea to stop them) The new policies will start after January 8 (give or take). You see the house needs to approve these changes and all they are doing now is positioning themselves to get it started with no hiccups! This is a new era and it has started. There will be new procedures and policies taking place....we are witnessing history in the making. There is no doubt the new budget has the new rate and they are preparing to wow us!!

Let me add a little more! I asked my cousin to look for the missing puzzle in this adventure. The power sharing agreement for the people. I asked him to look outside the box. This way the iraqi people will have a voice You see the UN has partnered with the CoR so the people could have a voice through the Federal Council! This was the last piece I was looking for in this time frame before the vote on the release of chapter vii by the UNSC. We might see a short delay to get there ducks in order)))) but have no doubt it will get done and this last piece of info tells me....GET READY!!!!!!!!!!

This is moving fast! The provinces will be allocated there share from the budget, which the Ministry of Finance is ratifying under the supervision of the committee. The erbil agreement will be exposed with an agreement (mou) and the settlement with the Kirkut will be finalized. This is very important because the province holds 13% of iraq's oil reserves and it needed to be divided fairly between Kurdistan and the GOI. This was a huge problem for the 2 this is why the erbil agreement was not implemented. They needed to find a solution and they have. We should see something in a day or so (hopefully).
Also, back in April there was a new islamic bank that was to be formed under the control of the Finance Ministry. The bill passed and just a few days ago, Dec 19th I believe, it is operational. This bank will be able to open branches outside of iraq and will have a very important role in the economic growth in/out of Iraq. The bank is called the islamic bank of mesopotamia. Have our pders search for this, it will definetly excite them.
