From Poppy,

This was his visit from last week and he returned this past monday. They are asking for the report only to document the final agreements between the two nations and I am sure they want to make sure Maliki hasn't changed anything previously agreed on. This morning ALLAWI walked out of the PALIMENT MEETING BUT don't be concerned just yet he is right to do so. He is preventing Maliki from having a way to escape. They were trying to pass the amnesty Law prior to the power sharing agreements and if ALLawi HAD ALLOWED THAT TO Happen Maliki could get away with stalling again and they couldn't prosecute him ever. All they have to do is take the laws in the correct order and I am sure ALLAWI will return even as soon as today. POPPY3
