Hold the House of Representatives on Tuesday its first session in the current legislative term after Eid al-Fitr holiday.
A statement from the Department of Media House Agency has received all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today that “the agenda of the meeting includes the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on amending the Convention on the establishment of Arab Shipbuilding and ship repair approved by Law No.  for the year 1974.”
“It will also include the agenda second reading of each of the proposed law the First Amendment to the Law Office of Financial Supervision No.  for the year 2011 and the proposed law the First Amendment to the Law Commission on Public Integrity No.  for the year 2011 and the draft law on ratification of the TIR Convention of people and goods between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. “
The statement continued, “is also scheduled to be discussed recommendations of the Tripartite Commission in charge of the subject of oil pipelines passing within the archaeological city of Babylon.”
And without the agenda of the meeting of a number of bills that have not been resolved before the holiday.
The House of Representatives has decided to postpone a number of bills until after the holiday, including the general amnesty law and the law of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in addition to the extension of the work of the Electoral Commission for elections after the emergence of several disputes over the number of its board members.
