Baghdad (NINA) A high-ranking Iraqi delegation is to visit the Iranian capital, Tehran, starting on Tuesday, Aug. 14, to discuss with Iranian officials means to consolidate Iraq-Iran relations.

Iranian News Agency (IRNA) quoted Iraq's Ambassador in Tehran, Mohammed Majeed al-Sheikh, saying that the Iraqi delegation will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister, Rowsch NURI Shaways, and will consists of Finance Minister, Rafi' al-Issawi, Trade Minister, Khairallah Hassan Babekir, Minister of Industry, Ahmed Nasir Dalli, and Chairman of Central Bank of Iraq, Sinan al-Shibibi.

Ambassador al-Sheikh added that the delegation will discuss with Iranian officials the issue of establishing an Iraqi Bank in Iran, in a step to consolidate economic and commercial relations between the two countries, as well as the Iraqi debts to Iran for its electricity export to Iraq. http://www.ninanews.com/English/News...ar95_VQ=FMMHLK
