Baghdad, July 13 (Rn) - The State of Law Coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Friday the request of some political blocs enactment of a law to limit the jurisdiction of the three presidencies of the two sessions targeted the owners of the project after the failure of the interrogation and the withdrawal of confidence.

He explained that Moussaoui "the proposed law that was presented to determine the mandate of the three presidencies born dead, the Constitution explicitly specify the mandate of President four years and leave the door open to the Prime Minister."

He continued that "the collection of signatures and try to enact a law to limit the jurisdiction of the three presidencies is a violation of the constitution which stressed the inadmissibility of the enactment of the exclusion," noting that "the trend comes after the failure of a project to question al-Maliki and the withdrawal of confidence about him."

And supports the demands of the Iraqi List, Sadrists establishing the mandate of Prime Minister and the compatibility of opinion on the justification for the enactment of the mandate of the presidencies.

Article 72 of the Iraqi constitution to define the mandate of President four years, and may be re-elected for a second term only, while the Constitution refers also to that required in the Prime Minister shall be the President of the Republic, however, that the Constitution did not specify the number of states of the Prime Minister.
