House of Representatives resumes its session headed by Najafi and the presence of 220 deputies

BAGHDAD (Iba) Council of Representatives resumed its meetings on Tuesday, headed by Osama Najafi in the presence of 220 deputies.


A source in the House of Representatives that the agenda of today's session included acts of the vote on the bill of Communications and Informatics, and the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the legal and judicial cooperation in criminal matters between Iraq and Iran, and the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the legal and judicial cooperation in civil matters and personal between Iraq and Iran.


He said the agenda also included the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on extradition of accused and convicted persons between Iraq and Iran, and the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons between Iraq and Iran.


In addition to the second reading of the draft law the official language, and the second reading of the bill of civil defense, and the second reading of the draft law of parties. (End)
