Parliament will vote tomorrow on the Communications Act and the abolition of some of the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council

Vote of the Iraqi Parliament during its fourth legislative term's first year legislative third session, on Tuesday, the Law on Communications and Information Technology, and the abolition of six decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council, as will be during the session first and second readings of seven bills.



A statement issued by the House of Representatives and received the "integrity of electronic", a copy of it, that "the agenda of the parliamentary session, the fourth of the first legislative term for the year legislative third session, on Tuesday, including a vote on the draft law on information and communication, and vote on the proposed law on the abolition decision of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council No. (120) for the year 1998, and vote on a proposed law setting aside of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council No. (27) for the year 1992 ".



The statement added that "the meeting will vote on a proposed law setting aside of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council No. (542) for the year 1989, and vote on a proposed law setting aside of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council No. (1360) for the year 1985 and (827) in 1979," noting that "the meeting include the vote on the proposed law on the abolition of the Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. dissolved (276) in the year 1985, and vote on the proposed law on the abolition of the Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. dissolved (50) for the year 2000."



The statement continued that "the meeting will also see the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the legal and judicial cooperation in criminal matters between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the legal and judicial cooperation in civil matters and personal status between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran , "pointing out that" the session will see the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on extradition of accused and convicted persons between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. "



The statement pointed out that "the agenda for the meeting includes the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the second reading of the draft law the official language," asserting that "the meeting will also include the second reading of a bill of civil defense, and the second reading parties to the bill. "
