Shara said L / JD / “The next session of the House of Representatives will put oil and gas law within the Commission on oil and energy to create a parliamentary law to provide for a vote within the Council.”
Between Islam and “The current time is appropriate to vote on the oil and gas law to regulate the relationship between the federal government and local governments and between the oil ministry and companies contracting with it.” .. “The law would undermine the darkness and lack of transparency in transactions by the Ministry of Oil with oil firms and other companies” ..
“We are forced to vote on the law during the next two months, the law technically written in 2007 and did not see the legislative light to now” ..

Hassan added, “The actions taken by the government against companies operating in the region must be the contrary and the government was now falling short and to pay dues to companies producing oil in the Kurdistan region” ..
He pointed out that “the delay measures are unconstitutional and the dues of the Kurdish people, at the time insisted the Iraqi government and not the enactment of the oil and gas.” ..
He said Hassan, “The oil-producing companies owned by the Iraqi people and not for the Kurdistan region and that any measures taken against the manufacturers in the province of Kurdistan, borne by the oil ministry and is also borne by the Advisor for Energy Hussein al-Shahristani, in particular.”
