BAGHDAD / The municipality of Shatrah district, north of Nasiriyah, announced on Tuesday the experimental operation of the asphalt plant of Shatrah municipality after a suspension of more than 15 years.

"We conducted the experimental operation of the municipal asphalt plant after a suspension of work for more than 15 years, and continued maintenance and rehabilitation for more than two months of work," said the director of the municipality of Shatrah Nazem Nasser Hamidi.

"It is now possible for the Municipality to carry out the work of cladding and tiling based on its human resources after having a factory ready for the production of asphalt, which will enter the work during the next few days before the end of the current year," Hamidi said. Finished 2
