MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman said President Jalal Talabani wants to end the political differences through dialogue away from the requirement to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

Osman said that "Talabani is excited for the withdrawal of confidence about him, trying hard to resolve the political crisis experienced by the country through constructive dialogue." He added that "there broadband connections are now with the states of Turkey and Iran as well as extensive internal communications with the political forces to prevent the withdrawal of confidence in the Prime Minister and push for dialogue to resolve the crisis." Othman said that "if all efforts failed to end the political crisis, the President of the Republic would finally agree on the decision to withdraw the confidence and re-forming the government again." And face the political process in Iraq deepening crisis because of mutual accusations between the blocks to participate in political action and in particular between the State of Law Coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, because of some files, including the security ministries and the issue of Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi and spread differences before the brief to the Kurdistan Regional Government, which announced stiff stance of the Maliki government because of the disputed areas and the financing of the Peshmerga, and some outstanding issues between the center and the region.
