Talabani to provide withdrawal of confidence request after submitting alternative of Maliki

A close source to the President , Jalal Talabani revealed Tuesday, that Talabani is waiting from the National Alliance to provide an alternative of Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki so that he would submit withdrawing confidence from the latter .
The presidency announced on Monday that Talabani has received the signatures of members of the House of Representatives to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki as he ordered to form of an Audit Committee of these the messages and signatures and counting them to avoid any doubts in its validity to ensure the safety of the constitutional process in the country.
The source, who asked not to be named to the importance of the subject said in an interview to "Shafaq News “that, "The President doesn’t stand against the desire of the political blocs that want to withdraw confidence from al-Maliki, he works as the safety gate for the political process."
"The process of withdrawing confidence from al-Maliki requires the presence of an agreed alternative among the political blocs and that did not happen until now”.
Nuri al-Maliki has called Talabani to display the signatures of the MPs seeking to withdraw confidence from him to the criminal investigation, threatening punishment of any "illegal” practice and present counterfeiters to justice to hold them accountable.
The political process in the country is witnessing an unprecedented crisis since the formation of the current government, it has escalated during the past two months where some of the leaders of the political blocs initiated to hold meetings and have offered many solutions to resolve disputes and outstanding issues, but they did not reach a conclusion and decided unanimously to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister, Nuri al- Maliki
