Baghdad, October 25 / October (Rn) - The Iraqi federal government, on Tuesday, it formed a technical committee to review the performance of government banks and the development of its work in line with the investment transactions of the country.
The adviser said the government's economic peace Quraishi, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Iraqi government formed a higher committee to follow up the files, financial and administrative corruption in the three government banks (Rafidain and Rasheed, commercial)."
He explained that "the Committee consisting of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the advisers and the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance, which will continue to work for three months will be covered by the development of dealings of the banks of the three administrative and financial support in line with the high increase in turnout of foreign companies on the implementation of investment projects."

He continued that "the government will not work intersects with the Commission on the restructuring of State-owned banks, but interact with them and support their needs and provide them with the necessary support to the banking-governmental organizations"

The Iraqi government is still limited in its financial transactions on the government banks relied upon by 85%.
The World Bank announced in August / July this year he completed 80% of the proportion of the restructuring of the financial aspects of the Rafidain bank and good on the payments system.
