Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said the Cabinet will be held on Monday its publicly to discuss the work of ministers and their performance during the last stage.
He added that the Cabinet will hold its public meeting chaired by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to discuss the performance of the work of each minister and his assessment of the management of his ministry has accomplished and what proportion of the implementation of the projects assigned to his ministry.
He will also hold its Council of Ministers on Tuesday in Nineveh province to discuss the reality of the province and the obstacles facing the process of development and investment projects and services.
He favored the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussein al-Shahristani, the only public meeting of the Council of Ministers to be held on Monday to discuss the services file.
Shahristani said the most important duties of government is to provide services to citizens and this was the view of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and other members of the Cabinet of Ministers the need to discuss programs dedicated to providing these services in various fields.
He was therefore required of each minister to submit his report on the services provided through the various ministries and the information of the people and perhaps there are actions taken by the Minister as possible to describe them to the people through this public meeting and there may be also shortened must illustrated by the minister this in front of the Council of Ministers .
