Opinion of the writer and political analyst Saad Maser that the Committee Kuwait - Iraq Joint crucial decision will be issued next June on removing Iraq from Chapter VII.

Maser and saw that the two peoples of Iraq and the Kuwaiti brothers and there is no enmity between them, but the former regime in Iraq is the one who ruined the relations between the two countries, wishing to reach things to settle all outstanding issues.
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi factions have repeatedly called for Member States of the UN Security Council to urge Kuwait to remove Iraq from Chapter VII, because the latter pays cash as receivables of Kuwait compensation for acts committed by the former regime, not the Iraqi people.
