Rafidain Bank issued the, Sundays, guidance on agent who acts on behalf of retiree to receive salaries.

The Bank's information Office said in a statement "trend" I got a copy of it, that "the Bank called its branches to conduct a comprehensive review of the retired life certificate and proof of his existence."

The statement added, "the agent who acts on behalf of retiree pension received by him a fundamentalist life certificate and certified by the State Department.

He explained that the Bank won't cash pension only inherent or updated proxy retired conditions unlike those directives would bear the pension officer without responsibility. "
