Hakim and Maliki emphasize the importance of expediting the holding National Meeting

BAGHDAD / With: said Ammar Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's need to speed up convening of the National Forum.

The statement added: "The two sides stressed the great task undertaken by the National Alliance in advancing reforms and state-building to achieve the hopes and aspirations of the Iraqi people and that genuine cooperation with all Iraqi political forces, stressing the importance of the unity of the forces of the National Alliance and her pride in this constructive role."
