Maliki refuses to notice the five leaders and reaffirms the commitment to cut the time

The refusal of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the deadline set by the meeting Quintet in Arbil, select 15 days to resolve the political crisis and the implementation of the rest of the terms of Arbil.
