NATO: training Iraqi officers in Jordan to face Daesh

The Secretary-General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization [NATO] Jens Stoltenberg on Wednesday the start of the military alliance to train Iraqi officers in Jordan in order to support the efforts of the face Daesh gangs.

Stoltenberg told reporters before the start of the international conference on Afghanistan that the [NATO] is training troops fighting Daesh and provides support to its partners so that they can secure their own country in the long term and to address Daesh terrorist instead of the [NATO] this task.

He said his meeting with the latter Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who stressed the importance of training activities carried out by the [NATO] in Iraq, which will contribute to the elimination of Daesh and achieve stability in the country.
