Council of Ministers announce tomorrow a holiday head of the Islamic New Year

Council of Ministers announced that "on Sunday tomorrow is a public holiday to mark the Islamic New Year."
A statement by the Council of Ministers received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it on Saturday , " the General Secretariat of Mljs Minister declares that the holiday the head of the Islamic New Year will be on Sunday , 2-10 and 10 day holiday of Muharram will be on Wednesday , 12-10.
It was Sunni Endowment announced that "on Sunday is the lunar month of Muharram."
The office of supreme religious authority Ali al - Sistani has declared that "on Sunday is supplementing the month of Dhu al- Hijjah Sacred and on Monday the first day of the month of Muharram." https://www.alliraqnews.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=49517
