The first US lawsuit against Saudi Arabia after the adoption of "Justa"

The widow of one of the victims of September 11 , 2001 attacks on the Pentagon lifted the headquarters of a lawsuit against Saudi Arabia just two days after the adoption of the law "Justa" which allows for the prosecution of victims of the attack after Riyadh.
According to Bloomberg News America, Ms. Stephanie Ross has filed a lawsuit in Washington , which accuses Saudi Arabia to provide material support to the perpetrators of the terrorist attacks and causing her husband Midshipman Patrick killed without, as she was pregnant when her husband was killed in the attacks.
Bloomberg also reported that the US panel has several investigations in 2004 proved to be the Saudi connection with the attacks , but the other committee set up by Congress pointed to the prospect of receiving the perpetrators of the September 11 attacks in support of a Saudi officials allowing Congress to pass sue Saudi law despite the objection White House.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry has condemned the Thursday, September 29 / September the adoption of the US law , which can be families of victims of the Sept. 11 attacks in 2001 to sue Saudi Arabia for damages, describing the issue as "a major concern".

The bombers used the Sept. 11 attacks, civilian aircraft to target US Defense Department headquarters in Washington and the World Trade Center towers in New York, while a fourth plane failed to reach its goals in Pennsylvania because of a clash of passengers with the kidnappers.
It is noteworthy that 15 of the 19 terrorists of the perpetrators of the September 11 attacks , Saudi citizens, and that some of the accusations were directed to a number of Saudi officials to bring them material support.
