    BGG says to MadDScout(6:57 PM):

Ebadi said in a televised speech after the conclusion of his visit to New York, and I followed, "obelisk", "We had about 30 meetings with world leaders who have expressed their admiration for the significant progress in Iraq and restore the confidence of the Iraqi security forces that have become fighting for the liberation of Mosul."

Abadi added that "there are willing to provide sustained international support for Iraq, and we need a big effort for the reconstruction of areas and the continued training of Iraqi forces," noting that "terrorism has become a big problem in the countries of the world and they considered that Iraq has gained tremendous capabilities in the fight against terrorists."

    MadDScout says to BGG(6:59 PM):
Abadi was very busy in New York

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:01 PM):
    Here's what's funny -

I had a friend call me today... he was all upset - some idiot guru had said some nonsense like "the IQD will be internationally accepted and still have no value"...

(what a IGNORANT COMMENT - just read ANY of the official documents put out by the IMF or the GOI and you can figure out THAT ISN'T ACCURATE...

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:04 PM):
    Key "read"

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:04 PM):
    EXACTLY!!

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:04 PM):
There is too much to the contrary

    In print

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:05 PM):
The last few days of Blogs have the IMF published .pdf's posted...
everyone should check that stuff OUT!!!
    back on point...

this DING BAT had said something like 15 countries had "revalued" and none of them gained value.

    Read More :https://www.dinarupdates.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=10"

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:05 PM):
I was trying to research how to get the PDF in a post

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:06 PM):
    (what an idiot...)

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:06 PM):
    Oy!

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:06 PM):
    THAT'S CALLED A DEVALUE.

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:06 PM):
    (y)

We have seen a few of those this year

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:07 PM):
so my friend asked me - tell me what makes Iraq (and their situation) different from all these others??

    and I'm like REALLY?!?

about 27 things right off the top of my head...

but let's start here... since we're talking about VND, ZIM, Rial and all the other HOAXES out there...

the Kenyan Shilling, Nigerian "whatever" - Venezualan Dollar, etc, etc, etc...

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:09 PM):
how many of these countries have met with ALL THE OTHER WORLD LEADERS in the last 48 hours...

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:09 PM):
    0

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:09 PM):
how many of them had some kind of "top billing" at the recent IMF summit??

    SRW says to BGG(7:10 PM):
    Zero

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:10 PM):
how many of them met with the President of the United States?? (no matter what anyone thinks of him...)

how many of them have this kind of economic future??

regarding Egypt - Sisi did say "revalue" - we'll have to wait and see what that means.

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:11 PM):
Those other currencies are sitting at "true value" Iraq is not

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:11 PM):
it was an amazing "Hard News" piece... BTW...

Oh yeah - don't even get me started on that issue...

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:12 PM):
    LOL

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:12 PM):
Iraq has been under some version of an "IMPOSED RATE" since when??

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:13 PM):
    2003

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:13 PM):
it's not even an accurate value - "Grossly undervalued" is the term used by learned economists...

    SO -

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:13 PM):
    (y)

    BGG says to MadDScout(7:14 PM):
it stands to reason they are going to have to appease those who "IMPOSED" this rate to start with... and THAT, my friends, is what we are seeing play out before our very eyes.

Iraq is learning to "go along to get along"... something Maliki thought he didn't need.... WOOOPS!! Guess not.

    BGG says(7:16 PM):
So - to finish my point...

how many of these other countries are like Iraq?? NONE.

    Not one...

    VASTLY different scenarios.

    Iraq is about IRAQ.

Nothing else - AND it is the hottest topic in world finance right now. Period.

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:18 PM):
    With good reason

    jtank says(7:18 PM):
    (y)

    BGG says(7:19 PM):
    With VERY GOOD REASON.

BTW - all of the stuff I mention about Iraq VS any other country "devaluing" has happened in the last 48 hrs!! Meetings,
that's just the last couple of days - so what makes Iraq different??

    EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    MrsBGG says(7:25 PM):
    Are there any questions?

    dinarstudent says(7:26 PM):
    ??

    MrsBGG says to dinarstudent(7:26 PM):

    dinarstudent says(7:28 PM):

    jackflash101st says(7:29 PM):

    MadDScout says to dinarstudent(7:29 PM):

    dinarstudent says(7:29 PM):

    MadDScout says to dinarstudent(7:30 PM):

    dinarstudent says(7:30 PM):

    jackflash101st says(7:30 PM):
on the political side .I read wher Saddam daughter is going to run for president of Iraq.curious as to your feelings on this?

    MadDScout says to dinarstudent(7:30 PM):

    jackflash101st says(7:30 PM):
    opp sorry

    MadDScout says to jackflash101st(7:31 PM):
It is only talk at the moment

    dinarstudent says(7:31 PM):
they are moving forward atlight speed and could change value in weeks not months imo sorry but that is where i stand

    dinarstudent says(7:32 PM):
they would waste all time if something not coming soon ??or i am just nuts

    MadDScout says to jackflash101st(7:32 PM):
She may in fact try to run but no guarante

    jackflash101st says(7:32 PM):
    Thank you

    BGG says to jackflash101st(7:33 PM):
Good luck with that - Abadi's PM "brand" is HUGE right now.

    he's moving Iraq forward mightily.

    jackflash101st says(7:33 PM):
    I agree BGG

    BGG says to dinarstudent(7:34 PM):
they are moving with great speed - however, what that will ultimately mean - we try to stay away from.

However, I think the future looks very bright for Iraq.

    BGG says(7:35 PM):
Here's a short article that points out everything they have been up to...

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:36 PM):
The polls show the people of Iraq overwhelmingly support his reforms, some just want them sooner

    BGG says(7:37 PM):
Abadi and director of the International Monetary Fund are discussing the implementation of economic reforms in Iraq

    dinarstudent says(7:37 PM):
    so do i (y)

    BGG says(7:37 PM):
Twilight News / met Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi at his residence in New York, the Director General of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde.

According to a statement issued by al-Abadi's office said he discussed the follow-up to support the International Monetary Fund for Iraq through **to prepare the credit agreement and the government's efforts to rationalize the budget this year and next year.

And be annexed statement that he has discussed support for Iraq in the implementation of economic reforms by the Iraqi government and the Iraqi economy, diversify sources and support for the private sector.

    BGG says(7:37 PM):
    https://www.dinarupdates.com/showthre...e-implementati

(Special thanks to Romello - BTW)

    BGG says(7:38 PM):
    Uh oh - wait...
    Christine Lagarde met with Abadi??

    MadDScout says(7:39 PM):
    Yes

    Holly1 says to BGG(7:39 PM):
    yes

    MadDScout says(7:39 PM):
    One of the 30 meetings

    BGG says(7:39 PM):
Uh - did she meet with the Kenyan Gov't on their Shilling??

    MadDScout says(7:39 PM):
    LOL

    BGG says(7:39 PM):
    or Vietnam??

    or Egypt??

    or Rouhani??

    *nope*

    jackflash101st says(7:41 PM):
This could get very intresting "In the coming days"

    BGG says(7:41 PM):
those people got to sit in the bleachers and all they heard was *blah*blah*ba*blah*blah*blah ...

    so they are VASTLY different.

"...discussed support for Iraq in the implementation of economic reforms by the Iraqi government and the Iraqi economy, diversify sources and support for the private sector..."

WOW - is all I can say...

    Economic reforms??

Diversify resources?? (as in "non-oil" incomes)

and support for the private sector??

    what are they talking about???

    YOU KNOW!!

    MrsBGG says(7:45 PM):
    Are there any other questions?

    dinarstudent says(7:47 PM):
    they taking out talk bgg

    MrsBGG says(7:48 PM):
    or comment?

    1bobby says(7:48 PM):
    ?

    MrsBGG says to 1bobby(7:48 PM):
    Go

    1bobby says(7:49 PM):
How do you see these outside entities moving the GOI, specifically Parliament along to reforms, or is it a wait and see senerio

    BGG says to 1bobby(7:49 PM):
    It appears to me...

the GOI is responding to the IMF, WB and UN - though they aren't entirely happy about it...

however, if they want "international acceptance", they have little choice. They must respond.

    1bobby says(7:50 PM):
    I agree Thank you

    BGG says to 1bobby(7:51 PM):
those same actors that "imposed" can "unimpose" - it appears they have made this point very clear.

BTW - THANK YOU for your efforts!!

    1bobby says(7:52 PM):
    more than welcome

    MadDScout says to 1bobby(7:52 PM):
    Ditto!

    MadDScout says to BGG(7:52 PM):
