Iraq: market conditions suitable for OPEC agreement on oil

Iraq's ambassador to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries said OPEC] Falah al-Amiri said Thursday that oil market conditions are the best raw producers inside and outside the organization to reach an agreement to support the market when they meet in Algeria next week.
