US envoy: No complacency with any sectarian abuses in the Iraqi campaign and the imminent restoration of Mosul

Twilight News Brett McGurk US envoy to the international coalition / organization said against the Islamic state that "no complacency" with any sectarian torture or other abuses operations may result from the attack due to the restoration of the Iraqi city of Mosul, the main stronghold of the militant organization.
