Secretary General of the Organization of petroleum exporting countries (OPEC) Tuesday, a potential agreement to support oil prices between world crude producers might last for one year and is longer than other officials hinted.

It discusses OPEC and producers from abroad including Russia signed an agreement to stabilize the market by installing the production at least but is yet to reveal key details such as the time frame of the agreement and the basic standard.

Russian information agency quoted the OPEC Secretary General Mohammed Barkindo as saying "one year, we look forward to one year".

And complexity of Russia and OPEC members informally in Algeria on 28 September, the Algerian Energy Minister said on Monday that any move by OPEC production installation would contribute to the stability of the market for at least six months
