Polls open in the Jordanian parliamentary elections

Polls opened its doors in Jordan, on Tuesday morning, in front of the voters to vote and choose the members of the new Council of Representatives.
The scramble on the Jordanian parliament seats, which numbered 130, more than 1,200 candidates in 23 electoral districts in all provinces of the country.
And held parliamentary elections , this time under a new electoral law, abolished the one - vote system, and adopted the open proportional lists system.
The Jordanian minister of interior, safety Hammad, had said, earlier, that the ministry has taken all necessary measures to support the Independent Electoral Commission , which was entrusted with the security and logistical procedures to supervise the voting process.
