A member of the Preparatory Committee for the conference on the rule of law, Abbas al-Bayati told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Iraqi List, justify a boycott of the Preparatory Committee meeting yesterday to the people," adding that "the people will rule on this block as disruptive to the political process."

The al-Bayati said "not to attend the Iraqi crisis between the cause of it, which raised the slogan of the conference in order to blackmail and political pressure."

The Preparatory Committee of the National Congress, consisting of three main blocks of a meeting Tuesday evening, the absence of a cluster of Iraq to discuss the possibility of paper out of a unified national conference.
