Parliamentary Relations Committee private banks receive money to finance spending

The parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, called on Monday, the Iraqi Government to monitor the performance of some private banks and audit transfers to and from abroad, noting that some of those banks operate on receipt of money might go to bankroll "ISIS".

The Committee Member said Mithal Al-Alusi, the "Ministry of finance and regulatory security agencies responsible for monitoring the flow of funds to private banks that link each to fund the" ISIS "and other terrorist groups in Iraq."

"The money transferred from Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar cannot enter the border without the help of those banks, and on the Government to act and stop funding sources Saba faster living without any delay," adding that "those banks also accused heavily corrupt politicians money smuggling to Jordan and the United Arab Emirates and other countries under the pretext of currency transfers."
