Iran 's president, Hassan Rohani, said on Tuesday that the United States squandered the opportunity offered by the nuclear deal, and prevented the two countries from working closely on regional issues. Rouhani said in a televised speech, he said the Supreme Leader, "the nuclear deal was a test."
The Iranian president added, "If the Americans dish nuclear agreement in good faith and accurately, and prevented the creation of obstacles, and the slowdown that we are witnessing today, maybe we have documented the other party, and we have expressed our willingness to negotiate on other topics could be in the interest of the United States and our interests, and the region."
And it allowed the agreement signed in Vienna between Iran on one hand, and the United States, Russia, China, France, Britain, Germany, on the other hand to lift part of the imposed on Tehran international sanctions, a meeting that "devote its nuclear program is for civilian use."
But Tehran has repeatedly complained about the frequency of which is still shown by major international banks to return to the country, accusing the United States "to disrupt."
Rowhani said, "Unfortunately, the Americans did not pass the test successfully, and did not strictly adhere to their pledges."
He explained that "the agreement has already resulted in a significant rise in oil exports, but in other sectors, things are going slowly because of the global banking concerns."
The Supreme Leader of the Iranian Republic, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said last Monday that "the negotiations with the West was like poison deadly."
He added that "after six months from the start of implementation of the nuclear deal, was it not supposed to be all of those penalties are canceled until it affects the lives of the people? Did he leave more tangible impact on the lives of the people?".
Khamenei said that "the Americans calling us now to talking with them about the issues of the region, but the nuclear deal experience warns us of this deadly poison, and that we can not trust the testimony."
