Khandan - An agent of the Ministry of Peshmerga programs and plans of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki during the last period within the military against Iraqi Kurds. He announced Major General Anwar Hajji Osman, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Peshmerga in Kurdistan Regional Government in a statement to "Khandan", saying: "The Ministry of Peshmerga currently awaiting orders from higher authorities, so they will not take any step without ordering it." Said Maj. Gen. Anwar said: "We are informed and aware of the programs and plans of Nuri al-Maliki against the Kurds in Diyala and Kirkuk, killing and displacement, we have discussed this issue several times." Detection and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Peshmerga in the context of his statement that the percentage of officers and ranks the Kurds in the Iraqi army was initially 28%, but it currently amounts to only 2% and this percentage is not acceptable. He continued: "This will be channeled to the movements of al-Maliki in the end, in the interest of the Kurds, and will resolve many of the issues after the return of the President of the Kurdistan Region." He denied the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Peshmerga take any decision to register a complaint about these issues at the Federal Supreme Court. The relationship between the Kurdistan Region and the central government has seen rising tension over a recent, and the fierce media war broke out between the two sides against the backdrop of these tensions
