Iraqi delegation: join the marshes of the list of World Heritage negotiations were tough

Description governor of Dhi Qar Yahia Nasseri, on Tuesday, joining the marshes of the list of World Heritage Balassabp negotiations, and among that all participating States Conference of Istanbul was to have comments on the accession of the marshes file noting that the Iraqi negotiator was able to neutralize the Turkish refusal to joining position.
Nasseri said , who participated with the Iraqi delegation negotiations World Heritage Conference, organized by UNESCO in the Turkish city of Istanbul recently, in a statement reported for Twilight News, he said that " the negotiations that preceded the vote on the accession of the marshes and the sites relics in southern Iraq to the list of World Heritage was a difficult and complex universe paragraphs under discussion within the important and basic file ", pointing out that" all participating in the World Heritage Conference held in Istanbul , countries have the notes on the file. "
He pointed out that the marshes and effects included seven vital sites for the purpose of a file included in the World Heritage List , including three and four antique natural and such a large number of sites is expected to raise more of the notes in participating the conference states.
He noted the Nazarene that " the Iraqi negotiator was able to answer questions and technical queries raised about the file and finally manages to gain the support of all countries except Turkey , which insisted on its stance of refusing to file until the last moments before the vote on the Iraqi file , a session."
"The Iraqi delegation and through the Iraqi foreign intervention is finally able to neutralize the Turkish refusal to join the marshes position and therefore to vote unanimously in favor of the accession of the marshes and locations of the effects of southern Iraq to the World Heritage List."
He said the governor of Dhi Qar to the Iraqi file , a file was supportive of the same features as important sites is one of the most prominent human heritage value cultural landmarks.
He praised the Nazarene on the statesmanship of the Iraqi delegation in the negotiations department in the Istanbul conference and the position of the Arab countries in support of the file in the conference.
The United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO), the first approved on Sunday (17th of July present in 2016), the inclusion of marsh and archaeological areas where, to the World Heritage list after all members vote to approve.
According to UNESCO, the organization 's decision marshes and archaeological sites that have been included on the World Heritage List are the Ur and Eridu , a donkey and Hovaiza Central and marshes in Dhi Qar, Maysan, the Warka in Al Muthanna, and Hur eastern ass in Basra.
