Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, revealed that the planned international conference this weekend, in the US capital Washington on Iraq would provide grants for the reconstruction and stability of the liberated areas.


He said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, told all of Iraq [where], "This is an important conference in the general framework there is an international military coalition to support Iraq against terrorism being fought on behalf of the organization against Daash which has become a global phenomenon."


He added that "Iraq has triumphed in expelling terrorism and Daash in its final stages after the liberation of the city of Mosul remains a terrorist gangs there and there are processed."


Saleh pointed out that "this conference is to bond the first two stages of the resettlement of the displaced population whose number exceeds more than four million people who are the sons of our people and resettle them as part of the stability of their towns stage after its liberation from Daash."


He continued, "The other phase will discuss how to transform the military alliance [US-led] in the future to a civilian coalition for the reconstruction of Iraq and the liberated areas," noting that "this conference is the first step for that."


He pointed out that Washington had the conference "will provide financial support for Iraq within the framework of the international contribution to the reconstruction of liberated areas, a bond to a turning point and the transition from a war economy to a peace economy and this economy in which two phases, the first resettlement of the population and the other to rebuild what had been destroyed by terrorism Aldaasha."


The United States has announced that it will host in Washington on July 20 of this international donor conference aimed to support the Iraqi government in restoring stability to the liberated areas process, and will participate as well as America, Canada, Germany, Japan and other countries.


He said US State Department spokesman John Kirby told reporters on 23 June that the conference "will be an effort to help the people of Iraq to overcome their crisis and humanitarian devastation caused Daash organization in the country."
