He called the decision of the parliament Imad Youkhana, Wednesday, the Prime Minister to send the names of those with special grades and proxies to vote for them in the House of Representatives.

Youkhana said in a press statement that "the preoccupation with the Commander in Chief of the armed forces under the leadership of military operations does not relieve him from sending the names of special grades and agents to the House of Representatives to vote on them, according to what was approved by the law and the Constitution."

He added that "the appointment and acting does not serve the political process and should Abadi out of it in my own name and entrust the responsibility of the owners of competence, efficiency and cross the political quota system."
