Iraq shares a meeting in Egypt to create a professional team for consumer protection

Iraq participates in the meetings of the Monitoring Committee and implementation in Egypt for the period of 24-26 this month hosted by the Arabic League delegation headed by Director General of the Department of economic and trade relations in the Commerce Department.

The Commerce Ministry said in a statement, the Agency received a copy of {Euphrates news}, that the Iraqi delegation will participate in the meetings of the Commission on the implementation and follow up of the Arab economic and Social Council which discusses eight items most important to follow up the application of Arabic free trade area and the accompanying invoice source mutual shipments within Grand Arabic free trade zone, in addition to the third item which contains the report of the recommendations of the Panel of experts and specialists in the field of competition and monopoly control in the Arabic States.

"Arabic Committee meetings will create a professional team for consumer protection, as well as obstacles to the application of standard Arabic.
"Either in the Sixth Committee discussed item standardized form for the periodic reports for major Arabic free trade area, the seventh item to discuss the report of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce and industry cooperation to Arabic countries and in item 8 report and recommendations geo a mechanism for trade remedies".
