Parliamentary Finance: Ministerial merger is totally successful depends on the employment minister and one of the functions of ministries

BAGHDAD - Baghdad News parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Wednesday that the ministerial merger is not successful at all , because it depends on the employment minister and one of the functions of ministries.

Said committee member Ahmed Hama in an interview with the News Baghdadi, he said that " the minister , who will be elected will be the Minister of the Ministry and one on my own and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of the other by proxy , " noting that "the process is not totally successful."
Hama said that "limbering administrative ministries needs time and new laws , " explaining that " the integration of ministries will not only save money, because the merger is not between the two ministries, but the employment minister and one of the functions of ministries."
He pointed to the "appointment of a Minister of the two ministries will not provide any funds for the state , only the salaries of ministers , " noting that " the salary of the minister who has a junior certificate or Institute of five million dinars."
He MP for the Finance Committee , saying that " the salary of the minister who has a bachelor 's degree of 5,000,800 thousand dinars, while the salary of ministers holding increases to higher education by about 75%, or 100%."
For her part, committee member Majda al - Tamimi, said that " the ministerial merger respect to ministers and not the ministries, which will not provide any funds to the state treasury except for the salaries of the minister."
Confirmed Tamimi Speaking to / Baghdadi News /, that " the Finance Committee held a meeting after the parliament session on Monday, for a biography of the candidate and the Ministry of Finance Ali Allawi, but the biography of Allawi was not up to the Commission, which prevented some members of the committee from voting the name, "noting that" the biography of Allawi did not reach far to the Commission. "
