Interior Minister Resigns for Ameri

A political source said early Friday that Interior Minister Mohammed Salem Al Ghabban submitted his resignation to the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri.



The source told "Sky Press" that "Interior Minister Mohammed Salem Al Ghabban submitted his resignation to the secretary general of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri for being nominated for this position, which will be put forward to the Prime Minister."

The source added that the resignation Ghaban comes after the resignation of a number of ministers and the suspension of their meetings in the Council of Ministers until the election of a new government of technocrats

The Sadrist leader Muqtada al-Sadr on Friday gave Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi until Saturday to declare a technocrat government, threatening that there is another pause in the case did not announce new squad of cabinet.
