To me it really just doesn't say one way or the other. They are not saying he is going, and they are not saying he is not. There is a two day gap in his itinarary. Where they tell us nothing.

Curious, there is no mention of Christine Legarde from the IMF being there either. Trying to keep "BIG HAPPENEINGS" from being announced? HMMMMMMM Just thinkin' out loud.
