Awadi attribute the delay in approving the laws of the quotas in parliament in the parliamentary committees

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates attributed the MP for the rule of law, Ihsan al-Awadi, delayed the legislation of laws in the Iraqi parliament and decide to quotas in all parliamentary committees.

He said Al-Awadi told {Euphrates News} today that "The issue of reservation was the main reason to restrict a lot of commissions for the performance of its duties. Some MPs are not eligible in their specialties through their work in parliamentary committees as a result of quotas, which greatly impacted on the legislation of laws and decide on them."

He said he was "not so far completed all the necessary legislative arms of the parliament, particularly in the Commission services and construction, as there is no adviser one so far because of the intersections and some political wills."

Al-Awadi said that he "will go and review the work of all parliamentary committees as promised by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to show the failures encountered in the enactment of laws and causes," explaining that "the failures of the bear will be Chairman of the Committee or the chairman of the Committee."
