Despite what the IMF has claimed about Iraq entering into the Global Markets, this article may have just dissipated that expectation. I don't think art. 8 is a reality yet. So, we maybe waiting a bit longer than the first half of 2016.

Someone correct me if I am wrong....

I'd say that the article is correct and recovery will take time if you take currency revaluation out of the equation.

This is an opinion piece by someone at the Mawazin, but we do not know his/her qualifications. When reading the the bullet points below that were part of the piece, I see nothing but good news, and comments regarding dinar value areole the author’s opinion. When statements like “it cannot ignore that Iraq is a it changes in economy”, “ Iraq is on the verge Anfjarmen financial growth”, “quick inventory of factors to achieve”, “willingness to open a huge investment projects”, “enormous changes in the economy”, economic development in a very short time Iraq becomes one of the world powers”, I wonder if the author understands that Iraq needs an international currency with a reality rate to achieve what was pointed out.

I agree to a point with that comment, but what are we to make of the fact that they have apparently met all requirments to enter into article 8, which is in ink apparently, they just haven't actually made the move yet? Why? I don't know, I'd say thoight that they're waiting for Mosul to be re-taken back and further security to be put in place first. I feel that the curruption is still present and goes deep, so this will have to be remedied first.
