Said the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary member Zaher al-Abadi, Sunday, that the refinery would be extended to Maysan interest across the country while noting that it will provide more than 2,000 degrees and careers of the people of the province.



Ebadi said in a press statement that "refinery in Maysan which a Chinese company anticipated to open by 85% and Swiss company 15% will be of great benefit to Maysan central and southern provinces as well as Iraq in general," adding that it "will reduce the import of oil derivatives ratios, especially that he will produce more from 150,000 barrels per day, as well as run more than 2,000 workers. "



"The Oil Ministry plans through its strategic plan construction of four new refineries in Iraq, located in Kirkuk, Dhi Qar, Karbala, in addition to the refinery in Maysan," pointing out that "these refineries will provide self-sufficiency for Iraq and even export to the States and there will be the quality of the Iraqi economy boom in addition to run thousands of manpower
