Abadi: Joppena smear campaign did not want it in the public interest

He stressed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Tuesday evening, that his government has a "clear vision" to cope with the financial crisis, as pointed out that the government was met with a "smear campaign" after the reforms announced by the packages.

Ebadi said in a televised speech: "We aspire to combine the efforts of all the political blocs to achieve the reforms that we announced," pointing out that "it has not been achieved and Joppena smear campaign did not want it in the public interest."

Abadi added, "we have a clear vision of the face of the financial crisis experienced by the country and we can get out of the cooperation of everyone," adding that "this is part of the crisis faced by the countries of the world as a result of the collapse of oil prices."
