State law requires an alternative to the Iraqi al-Mutlaq al-Maliki to escort to Kuwait .

Twilight News / student coalition of state law, on Monday, the Iraqi List, the nomination of a personal alternative to the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to accompany Nuri al-Maliki in his upcoming visit to Kuwait, noting that al-Mutlaq has his official capacity after the "failure" in the management of file services, and demanding Maliki's Council of Representatives to withdraw confidence him.
The MP said the coalition of state law Mohammed Chihod for "Twilight News", "the Iraqi List, to provide an alternative candidate for Saleh al-Mutlaq, to enable the latter to accompany Prime Minister Maliki in his upcoming visit to Kuwait."
He said, "Saleh al-Mutlaq no longer has official status after failing to file management services, as well as after a request by Prime Minister Maliki of the Council of Representatives may withdraw confidence in him."

It is noteworthy that the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq has been described in previous statements of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki as "the greatest dictator" in Iraq, and stressed the difficulty of dealing with him, and uniqueness to make decisions.
